Ok, I've had this up on Craigslist all summer, https://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/msg/6250943194.html and all I've gotten are scammers, flakes and jokers (one guy wanted to trade a fake Rolex watch for this guitar!).

I would prefer to sell locally, since I don't really want to deal with shipping, but I need to sell this before I make another guitar purchase, so I thought I'd give my friends here at AGF a shot at it first, before posting it elsewhere.

It's a 2015 LP Custom that I bought last November NOS (it still had the plastic on the PG, hang tags and promo stickers) and I haven't really played it since I got my 3100MCC and put Tonerider A2s in it, so it's essentially in brand new condition. It's got the tasty Pro-Bucker pickups (with coil splits), and it sounds and plays fantastic! I just like the Agile a little better, and I don't really need two guitars that are almost identical (except for brand).

They only made a limited, special run of these Customs in this color for Long & McQuade up in the Great White North, and are not available in the US.

Right now, I'm asking $450 on CL, but for my AGF brethren: $400, (plus actual shipping). If you're in the San Fernando Valley/SoCal area, and want to come and pick it up, then $400 even.

    This price is firm.

    Trades

The only trades I'm interested in at the moment are a Sheraton II Pro (I'm only interested in the 'Pro' version, made in 2015 or later... Not interested in earlier, Korean ones, sorry) in natural or wine red.

    OR

A Squier CV '50s Tele in butterscotch, plus cash.

    Thanks!

Boy, that's a great looking guitar. Epi Standards with mediocre Alnico Classic pickups go for over $400. Just wish it was a lefty...

Thanks guys. I know it sounds cliche, but it really does look even better in person. I think red guitars are the hardest to photograph... to do it any kind of justice, anyway.

Heheh, yeah, I know, and Customs cost the most new. Like $100 more than a Standard Pro, I think.

BTW, there's no buckle rash and zero dings/scratches on this guitar. It's been in a case most of the time I've had it.

I bought my epi es-335 pro from Musician's Friend. They were out of red. The salesman said that they can't keep that iconic color in stock - but he offered me a wicked deal on a black one. I repeat: a wicked. People just didn't want them and will wait months until they come in or shop elsewhere.

Meanwhile, my black 335 is being played everyday, sometimes twice.

Yeah it looks super clean, as does all your gear! You do a good job protecting them.

For me, though, I like 'em nice and beat up. The more scratches and dents, the merrier!

Yeah, I think I see more black Sheratons than any other color. I've just had my fill of black guitars for a while. If I were still in my 20s, I wouldn't care if all my guitars were black. But I've got a black Tele and a black Jazz Bass, and that's enough black for me.

I like my guitars to be different colors. :)

Yeah, I like to keep them looking new for as long as possible, but I'm not obsessive about it... If they get dinged, or scratched, I don't get all depressed and shit.

I try to fix it, of course, but if I can't, I accept it. :)

I kinda wish my Tele were a little more dinged up, but I can't brig myself to do anything deliberate.

BTW, your guitar is painted with house paint, or something :D. I'd want that shit looking rough too! :)

I sure would love that but sadly I only have enough to pay for the guitar. That is a dream LP.

Thanks, T-glo... I think it's a highly desireable guitar. I'm surprised it's taking so long to find a buyer... Especially at this price.
