My new Boss Katana with my old Les Paul Goldtop. They compliment each other quite well.
Happy new Katana day. I have a 25 too and it's pretty much all I use since I got it. That's a sweet Goldtop too - what year?
I haven't had the chance to try one out. Maybe I should take a spin to my local GC and check. Nice lookin' pair.
Thanks. It started life in 2011 as a 50s Tribute. I loved the way it sounded and played so much I went full monte on it.
Nice looking rig. You've got a lot of territory covered between those two.
I want a Katana so bad it's silly. I've got a VHT Special 6 Ultra that I would straight up trade for a Katana Combo. The Ultra is just too much amp for me and I like the idea of being able to use the Katana for an acoustic amp as well. I've actually got it up for sale locally now hoping to fund a Katana. That's the long way around to say that I'm very jealous of you right now!
Thanks. I traded my Laney Cub 12R towards the K100. As much as I loved the Laney, I love the Kat even more. I still have a few other tube amps around the house but haven't touch any other amp in several months.
Definitely a rocking pair!
Very nice, both.
Especially the gold top.
I hear good things about the Katana.
Too deep a rabbit hole for me, but a lot of folks dig it.
Nice Combo.....there is nary a feeling better when you are really happy with your set-up
and here's a nice pair of healthy pears
Did you do the scrape edge for the natural binding look? If so I'd love to hear how you did it.
Not gonna lie.....Came here expecting b00bs....
Nice pair - I've recently started looking seriously at the Katana (the 50 for me) so am trying to take in anything & everything I can find right now.
I'd love to know more about that Gibby too - what have to done to it since you bought it?
They are a good looking amp, and I keep hearing good things about them. And my Carvin is in need of some work (nothing major, but it'll be a pain in the butt). Thinking about it...
A pretty nice pair of nicely pared pears.
Separate names with a comma.
