And I was going to cover this one. Damn. That was good so no point now unless now its a cover of a cover. Or really a cover of a cover of a cover. :)

AHHAA no stealing, only borrowing! here's how it goes, make it a bit easier on ya to figure out
Don't let the strange chord names fool you, it's fairly easy to play once you get the shapes, because I'm not a very strong guitar player
I come up with these stupid chords, because I improvise mostly.

And, I am honoured and humbled anyone would ever want to play a song of mine.

Thank you sir. Means a lot.

I have a lot of lyric and melody ideas stacking up. I need to start working on writing some originals!

I love this virtual coffee house. Hopefully we’ll get some more participation.

Man, I hear you, I am experimenting with the "nick drake" tuning right now and the riffs just keep jumping out of my guitar so fast, I can't remember them or have time to write words.
Very fun tuning. CGCFCE - fricking mindbender though. But if anyone finds themself in a bit of a rut, an alternate tuning is a nice little mental creative kickstarter. And I mention this fully knowing my level of "musicality," gives me little authority to colour outside the lines, but I like colouring, and I feel I am in a super creative time in my life right now, so I'm trying to milk the shit out of it before it crumbles away :tonguewink:

Absolutely. In fact I mostly play all in std tuning but even with my limited time on alt tunings I still feel more comfortable especially when singing on acoustic.
That last chris Cornell song is in F5 tuning. Just F and C. You cant depend on your old critches. Or at least when you do it comes out different :)

Outstanding @Spike on both songs. Who wrote the first one? The words really caught my attention. And that never happens. Well done

@otisblove WOW! I don't know what the hell that was I want to keep listening. What is it Shoegaze jazz/blues?
Listened to your other stuff and your voice reminded me of both peter gabriel in this one and a little chris cornell in another. Do you do covers of either of them?
    Great stuff.

Thank you! Much appreciated. Jack White wrote Love Interruption. I love those lyrics as well.

I don’t do covers at all. Fan of both, though. I appreciate it.
