I must say that this was worth the wait.
    1. It has 2 hums and 1 single with a coil tap and 5 way.
    2. Every tone is noticable and real good.
3 The neck is smooth and the frets are perfect.

The company I got it from on ebay DBGOODS is a first rate company. They sent a note that they set it up as well as put on new strings before sending it,WOW. All I had to do is tune it about a half step and start playing. No sharp fretends and a striaght neck. The silver finish is beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. I will take better pics when I have more time and add them to this post, but for now you can see the ebay pic. It said it would be here thurs but came a day early and it was double boxed with no issues from Calif. I have played it for at least 2 hours already and can't find a flaw at all. The quality and tone are at MIM Fender levels. The bridge may get changed and the nut as well but we will see. For 170.00 and free shipping you will be floored by the quality and playability this guitar will give ya. They have a few left so if ya get one please leave one more for me cause they are well worth having more then one.

aria is a very underrated maker... they make nice guitars. I have a fullerton which is made by them and it stays in tune better than some of my nicer guitars. Congrats, sweet guitar.

    RE: Aria STG 006

    Congrats!

I have an STG008 that I got from the local importer when they were being discontinued. I went through the whole stack to pick this one, and got it for a price that is WAY below anything I've ever paid for this kind of quality. I really enjoy this guitar, especially the build quality. There is an alder body under the paint.

Wow that is sweet bro. They the ebay seller has a 005 with out the locking trem for 159 shipped and I am hoping to buy it in a few weeks if its still there. I had some Arias in the late 70s and 80s and they were unreal. I guess at that time they were in comp. with Ibanez but ibby got more sig models them them.

HNGD!! That is a sweet example of what we all like on here: cheap and effective :) I even like the LPB example, pretty guitars, both :)

Love that Silver T-Glo. it is very beautiful. That is one of the prettiest silver guitars I have ever seen. Optimal pup configuration too, at least in my book. Also digging the other Arias posted here. Does the Coil Tap switch BOTH Humbuckers at the same time?

My first guit was a 1984 Diamond Jet Axe by Aria, and a sweet axe it was. Made In Japan and had one of the prettiest Rosewood fretboards I have ever seen. Sadly I did not know how to fix the tremolo instability issue I had with it and instead of getting help from someone who knew how I traded it for another guitar. I simply could not afford two guitars back then.

I wish you hadn't told us there were more of these T-Glo. I really want one. That silver plus the PuP config is just sick for 170. How do the PuPs sound?

Well lets see, firstly the hums are both tapped at the same time and the tone shift is very noticeable. Yes the reason I bought this is cause of the pup setup. My custom the Tonebender made me has the same setup and it just works for me,but the added coiltap was the icing on the cake. I was looking for a STG 006 in natural but could not find one to save my life. So I settled for the silver and once I got it I have never regretted my choice. I will be getting another one as soon as I can but I may go for (inserted pic) a 005 with 2 hums and taps for both pups. If ya can get one you will be so blown away by the tone and overall quality of these great guitars. If Aria ever asked me to endorse them I would in a heartbeat.

I am curious how you found out these were great guitars. I am not too familiar with Aria. What kind of radius it the neck and the thickness of it? I'm a slim neck liker but can deal with 7 to 14 inch radius.

Thanks for the info T-Glo. I am even more sorely tempted now. Are the PuPs ceramics? I would think so at this price point.

And how much hum do you get in coil-tapped mode with cleans, and with dirt? Thanks for any help.
