Hello, I am parting away with a very important part of guitar history. I am a very respected musician and have multiple hits under my belt. In summer of 2015 i was contacted by gibson usa. They wanted to build me a signature model, what we have here is just that, the gibson stepp. Indian rosewood fretboard from the chambers of the holy palace. Neck is made from the sacred tree of the boz'akie tribe deep within the amazon rain forest. The body is an Italian ash wood repurposed from the gaisassi catholic church circa 1654. This guitar has the rearest of woods. Pickups are my design triple wounded with heavier gauge copper these pickups are called the dons calling, they have a nice crisp tone. The nut is bone from the femar of the last great viking warrior found in iceland in 1984 razuip was his name. 16:6 Grover tuners made just for me. This is a steal for 7500.00 appointments to veiw this guitar can be made by email. Don stepp.

Those 16:6 tuners must be pretty damned expensive.

I think he has achieved his goal of getting people's eyes on his ad, no? Looks like a pretty badass explorer to me.

He should knock the price down for those triple wounded pickups. For that price, they shouldn't have any wounds.

    Is the neck stable?

I think he has been smoking a bone and hopes that any potential buyers have.

Seems like he is going way over the top in a super obvious way and just trying to be funny. And maybe sell a guitar. Whichever comes first.

I'm hoping that's a parody ad, but the pricing and multiple misspellings give the stupidity on display too much of a whiff of authenticity to be an intentional joke.

Eh, give the benefit of the doubt, I suppose. It looks to be a really nice explorer.

    That's some quality creative writing.

BTW, The Gear Page has a whole string going on this too. My favorite post:

"Somebody better Stepp up quick, this won't last long. It's getting harder to find a guitar with a Viking nut."
