It's intended for BIN only. The BIN price would have to be listed in the auction.
Not sure it it would work for best offer...I guess it depends how quick your offer is accepted.

Nice! I had been stalking a pedal on eBay and hoping a sale would come along. The seller had relisted at a lower price too. Scooped up this lovepedal Rangemater/fuzz face effect for $67 shipped. Photo is for reference but mine is listed as new. NOT BAD!

I tried to use it to buy a car stereo along with the insurance plan. It wouldn't let me because (as an idiot) I didn't notice that consumer electronics were excluded. I called Ebay (before I realized my mistake) to ask why the coupon wouldn't work because the price was certainly high enough to meet the minimum. That's when I was informed of my mistake. Then the agent put me on hold and was able to secure the discount for me anyway. Suhweet! It might have been that I mentioned I would just go to another retailer to purchase the stereo, I don't know. Anyway, still got my 15%.

You have to be able to add the item to your cart to apply the discount, so you'd have to have the seller edit the auction with your "negotiated" BIN price and then add it to your cart. Making an offer and having it accepted would take the transaction through the regular ebay process where the seller sends you an invoice directly and you would have no chance to enter the coupon code. The percentage off deals are transparent to the seller, to them it looks like the sold it for their full BIN asking price.

That sounds possible. Awkward and unlikely to pull off but possible. Do you know of anyone who pulled this off?

Would there be an ESP Tele in some ebay corner, somewhere?

EDIT: that would be a step up from Rondo's

EDIT2: hmm, fancy but pricey, out of my league

I got the white strat. I have a set of Wilde Keystones that have been looking for a home. Also, didn't own a strat so...

    Not quite that low!
    $14 is the guitar hanger.

The white guitar is $51 with a few accessories. Even lower yesterday with the coupon.

Yeah, as I mentioned $43 shipped. And it's only traveling a few miles with a 30 day return. I should have it in a day or two. Win win salabim.

    Hopefully it's not a shitpile.

The color looks snow white in some pics & an off white in others. Tune in to find out.

Yea, I got the price wrong. I suppose $50 gives you a decent shot at something usable. When I saw $15 I was thinking this could be epic. One way or the other :)

I have done it before as a seller. I've also had sellers re-negotiate the shipping price in the auction and repost it. It's not hard to do at all, but a lot of people on eBay are idiots so YMMV.

Looking at the images of the strat I linked is a 50/50 crapshoot. Some of the images show a hardtail. Some show a trem. I'd prefer the hardtail honestly. Can't link the pics so y'all gotta take muh wurd fer yit.

Oh... isnt shipping from the stated location. Shipped from PA. It'll take a week.
