If I were to go only by earliest guitar heroes (Hendrix and Morello) I know I'd have to pick Marshall.

I enjoyed that demo a few days ago. If I had to pick from those 3 exact amps, I would go with the fender but I would honestly prefer a tweed to the silver face. I will admit though, the vox sounds bass add. Jcm800 is cool but I have one and I have enough experience to say it's not my champion if we're talking ThunderDome two amps enter, one amp leaves.

I like all 3 to listen to others but my style of playing is geared more toward Fender amps. The Vox as a second choice. The Marshall I leave to Hendrix and Clapton

I have no use for Marshall's but others love em. My choice is Vox 1.,..then where is the Ampeg?

They all sound good to me, do i have to choose? I wonder how loud that Deluxe reverb was when he cranked it to get the distortion.....

Loud. I've only ever tried DRRIs in store. I never got them loud enough to be anything but very clean. Same with a Vox AC30.
I basically want an amp with a Fender Clean channel and a Marshall Dirty Channel. One of amps is pretty close to doing this.

first pick would be between the fender and vox leaning to vox, pedal can get me into the crunchy overdrive. Marshall I love the sound but don't play that sound enough to buy one.

I went with Vox and why I have two in my stable.

Vox is the best of both worlds for me. Has a great clean sound and if overdriven sounds great as well. Marshall is my second choice but I found that a Marshall in a box pedal sounds very authentic into an amp with greenbacks and EL84s .

Loud but tolerable unless in a tiny space.

Had to go Fender for the music I like to play. Could do the Vox, but the Marshall just doesn't fit for me.

I guess since Ampeg has no current Guitar Amps they do not qualify?

We play too much Americana to justify a Marshall (I'll tap a joyo British pedal if I need to) but our local shop has a beat-to-shit-but-rightous-sounding 1978 Marshall Bluesbreaker. I want it so bad.

You know me - I am a 'Blender' man. I played for years with Marshalls (1985 to 1991) and Vox type (1992 to 2003) amps.

When pushed to decide, you can use pedals with a nice Fender to get close to a Marshall & Vox. I find it tough to go the other way around.

When not faced with a single choice I'll take one of each, please!

I tend to like the sound of British-voiced speakers, but I tend to like the sound of the Fender amp the best.
Maybe, a Fender amp with a Brit-voiced speaker?
