Man, that’s bad news... my experience with that disease leads me to believe it hits everyone differently... I hope the best for him with this diagnosis.

My grandfather had Parkinson's, now my dad and uncle both have tremors. I'm following right along in my dad's path, as I have caught myself having some moments of tremors while at rest on a few occasions. My dad is taking meds for his onset, and he is urging me to talk with my doc to see if I should start.

Well, shit. Glen and KK were very influential to me in my early guitar days.
    This saddens me.

The story said he had been diagnosed some years back so I thought it might be old news to some of you. I guess it's just progressed to the point he can't play his own stuff anymore. Pretty sad.

Being in the home health field, I have seen a lot of Parkinson's
Horrible disease that effects people in different ways. I wish him the best.

On another note. It would suck to be a ticket holder for this tour, as its not really Judas Priest with only Halford and Ian Hill. I would not spend my money on that

My grandma had it and I too get a weird spaz that worries me now and again.
Hope Glenn can push back. Gives us all more hope.

Really a bummer to hear this news. Of course it's a terrible diagnosis for anyone. Specifically, for Glenn it's got to be hard to not be able to do what you love and its basically the end of Priest. They can try to go on, as Glenn wants, but with no KK it's bad enough and now no Glenn, there's no Priest. It's sad for all us older metal guys, many of the bands we grew up on starting to reach the end,

Pat Torpey from Mr. Big just passed away from Parkinson's a few days ago and now this announcement :(, really sad. Let's hope Glenn is able to pull a Michael J. Fox here and carry on.
