Guidance On Installation Of A Kill Switch

    That would be cool! Any momentary N.O. Switch should work.
    how many terminals? If there are three terminals and the switch has two positions, that the middle terminal will be connected to one of the outside terminals in each position. Hook your signal wire to the center and ground to one of the outer terminals and you will be done.

    Signal to center lug and ground to one end. But, I am not sure a mini toggle will be easy to use for rapid cuts.

    On my les paul, i replaced one of the tone pots.
    It's master volume and master tone now, with a killswitch (button) where the old neck tone control was, left the bridge tone pot/knob installed but disconnected.

    I had my drummer drill out the hole for the switch, pickguard and he also drilled a hole for the wiring! Now I just need to wire it up!
