anyone know if/which cases from Rondo would perfectly fit one?

I'm buying one this weekend, and being that they're somewhat fragile, I want to get a hardshell case for it.

Hope you enjoy your Dano DC! I have new 59 NOS pup model. Take a measurement of the dimensions, I've been told most standard rectangular cases will work. I hope I'm right!
Please let me know what you find.

I think mine would fit in a standard LP case, but they're thinner bodied so It might have some unwanted play. I'd have to check when I'm home.

Someone just posted those cool Dano soft bags a few weeks ago. I'd have snagged one but the shipping was almost as much as the bag.

I ended up getting it Wednesday. Tried a few cases, but finality found one that fit, albeit, snugly.

Rondo wasn't helpful, so I paid the $80 for a case at Sam Ash and sucked it up. I couldn't pass it up seeing that sweetwater has them for 349, and Sam ash price matches, and somehow actually had a leftie Dano in stock.

First time I had EVER seen a lefty Dano.

Sweetwater did me a huge favor and delivered a great guitar at an insanely good price. Love me some Sweetwater!

As luck would have it, there is a forum special promo going on right now - post 7 threads for the price of only one.

Unlike some, I don't have a pile of guitars. Most of the time something new comes in, it's either making room or replacing something inferior.

So the two I bought from you are inferior? How to I apply for a refund?

lol, no. I sold off an epiphone acoustic to upgrade to my Taylor, and I sold my Banjo so I could make room for my ES-335 Dot. The Les Paul and Tele, were because I was out of space, and really wasn't playing them anyway. :)
