Nah, I'm going with the Krispy Kreme model. It's warmer, sweeter, and made fresh every day on site. Okay, that last one is bullshit, but I swear it is warmer and sweeter. Plus you get a free hat. ;)

The Krispy Kreme I've been to down here makes them fresh and on site.
At least, they did. That was 14 years ago, before I quit eating donuts.
I have no self control when I'm eating donuts. I could eat an entire dozen without batting an eye.
Then, I'd just feel failure, guilt, and remorse.

Yes, they still do make Krispy Kreme donuts on site. You can watch them dropping the batter in the fryer and see the donuts coming down the line where the icing cascades onto them. It's a beautiful thing. Was at the shop in Hickory just last week.

I still do, my policy is whatever the container, bag or box something comes in, that's the portion size. If I can buy as many guitars as I have without feeling failure, guilt and remorse then knocking off a dozen donuts, an entire raspberry Danish or a quart/half gallon of ice cream in one sitting is a walk in the park. It's all about the quality of life...

Definitely sweeter and more air than donut, so not a good value per pound. I would stick to the Tim Horton’s guitar.

I always wondered why bacon only comes in a single serving pouch.

    Two Tim's notes:

    1) a TV show here did a test of the Tim'd donits vs. Krispy Kreme, and the KK had literally double the fat and calories. I know we're talking about donuts here, but still...

    2) when the second Iraq war broke out, the local daiky had the whole front page as "WAR IN IRAQ" and related except for one story: "Tim Horton's to begin using frozen dough." #Priorities.

There is a DD less than a mile from my apartment and a KK less than 3 miles that may explain why I weigh 265.:eek:

The sick part is that pretty much all the fast food franchises in Thailand are from America. KFC, Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, Dairy Queen etc etc.. Not that the Thais don't have their own culinary methods of slow suicide.. But still
