I very seldom eat fast food but I'm bad just to fix a quick sandwich or bowl of cereal or something along those lines which I guess is just as bad for you. I can't walk so no exercise and I've been taking steroid pills everyday for about 5 years or so but what the hey I can still play my guitars hang out with you bunch of Geetar Nutz so life is good.

I'll ask something stupid, my handle mandates it. @redman, can you get in a pool? Now I ask in the seriousness of I am a service human for someone with MS (w/ hemiplasia) and we workout in a pool, usually 4 days a week.
I'm not trying to step into your lane, just saying that we found stuff we can do. I've also SCUBA'ed with more than a few para's.
    Maybe I'm just into water?
    I'll shut up now.

Wish I could but I have a permanent colostomy when I had my accident I broke 3 vertebra and ruptured 4 disc had some internal damage and traumatic brain injury (TBI) all that led to some strokes then got an infection in my bloodstream they called it "going Septic that turned into a flesh eating bacteria so they started taking out infected tissue and I ended up with no muscle in the back of my left leg from the waist to the knee. Anyway enough about me how about those Panthers. :D

Well thanks. Sometimes when I am overly positive or I point out the virtues of doing things, I am simply trying to motivate myself. I know that you know your situation and comfort levels. I don't want to take away the fact that this is a doughnut thread sprinkled (do you see what I did there?) with guitar.
Not really big on NFL unless they have some of my college players, and the Panthers don't have a very impressive record. Go local sports club!

So, Tim's donuts are basically bagels?

No, but they have bagels as well. Not good bagels, but they have them.

I pass right by a Dunkin and a KK to get a Winchell's apple fritter. If I'm going to get bad I get real bad.

Honestly, Tim's is massive in Canada, and I just find it....meh. Dunkin Donuts has better coffee for my tastes, and I don't love donuts, so the phenomenon is somewhat lost on me.

The doughnuts suck, and they only sell like 6 or 7 kinds. Too bloody cheap. Run by a Brazilian investment firm. All blueberry stuff taken off the menu, as well as any other stuff that's too expensive (except for the occasional promotional thing). Hell, they charge EXTRA for a chocolate-dipped doughnut! - they claim it's a "Specialty Doughnut"...
They suck. But I still go there; there's a store on every damn corner.

I call them bread rings. Real bagels can be found in various areas between Northern NJ, NYC, and Long Island. Beyond that they are super rare even in areas with a large Jewish population. Don’t get me started on finding a proper chicken wing outside of Western NY.

It is actually even a shorter drive for me to get to Montreal than to go to NJ, or NYC, but unlike you guys, I need to stop and tell the border guards that I am not carrying any firearms or root vegetables.
