Sorry guys, I guess it's a pretty unrealistic price.

Nothing to be sorry about man, it’s a really neat guitar. It likely won’t sell and will eventually price drop to where someone here will grab it, so we all appreciate the heads up!

I don't know what the price was, but it's $180 + $55 shipping now. That is the price for new (same price to ship to me) from Rondo for new. Used might mean they worked out any bugs.
If it was my color I'd take it.

It's actually more than that, because they charge tax as well. So it is well over what these cost brand new from Rondo :)

It'd be worth an "ask for a discount" phone call. If one were so inclined.

Yeah, in my experience unfortunately unless something has been there a while MGR follows the same policies as GC and generally will not budge on prices until an item's been there for quite a bit (unsure of the exact timeframe though). But yep, definitely wouldn't hurt to ask if someone really wanted it.

Its 179 + 55 shipping now. By tomorrow night it out to be about a buck fiddy.
It is a nice piece of ash. (Old joke)
I think they are pretty rare in ash.

I haven't bought anything from MGR in a while but that's been my experience as well. The only place they were ever flexible was the shipping if the actual cost turned out to be less than what was in the listing...

    thats real nice.
2-P90 - check (the listing says HH)
    Nice natural ash - check
maple fb matches the natural ash - check
    hardtail - check.

If I didnt have one - 3P90 (I prefer 2 but will leave it alone) hardtail in blue, I would be on the phone when they open trying to haggle from down arguing it is priced way to close to new..

There is no statement of condition - is it buyer beware using the photos and the magnified mouse hover views?

Ya That’s not a bad price now. I remember them being that price new plus about $45 for me shipped. The last time I ordered from MGR, I called the store and had them adjust the shipping to something less than their generic one size fits all ship cost.

Anyways, I remember back when I ordered my SJM in powder blue that I had been trying to wait for the SJM-75 ash to come back in stock. I got impatient and ordered a powder blue when the price suddenly dropped. And then the ash came back in stock a couple weeks later (face palm). Lol But I still like my SJM even though I dream of getting a real Jazzmaster or Jaguar at some point too

I never really liked these when they came out, but the natural ash version I saw when someone on here bought one, that changed my mind. In my mind it's still a project guitar, so price would have to be really good for just a body and neck.

I had a squier Jaguar for a while. It was nice, nothing wrong with it.
the string spacing seemed a little to close to the edge of the fretboard on the high e, and for some reason I just never got from like to LOVE.
Probably just requires the finesse of a better player, not the heavy handed oaf that is me.
I get the Jazzmaster GAS sometimes, especially after just seeing Chris Stapleton live recently!

    I love the Liquid.
wow, theres gotta be a song there somewhere....
    The Cult vibe kinda thing....
