As I am still in Louisiana , I thought of sharing these two local live streaming music events this weekend.

Crescent City Blues and BBQ Festival in New Orleans, with Jimmy Vaughn among others, streaming whole and live on WWOZ, the leading NO LA local radio.

Another is the Acadiens et Creoles festival in Lafayette, where I am, also streaming live on local university BPS affiliate KRVS.

Y' all can easily find the links for yourselves.

I attended a pre festival show at local club in Lafayette last night, it was a blast all around.
One notable player was Paul Sinegal on guitar, former Clifton Chenier band member... wow!

    Bump for live music.

Louisiana... they know their music down here, best PA stage sound setups I ever heard.

Attending the Cajun festival in Lafayette.

I was told that, without the current local cold front, Michael could have reached parts of LA. Uh, that would have made it a weird visit.
