Much worse for wear than when I sold it I'm afraid.

To think I sold it in excellent condition for less than $200...

How anyone thinks that is worth $270 is beyond me.

The last time I saw it, it was for sale at Guitar Center for about the same (too much) money, but it wasn't beat to shit like this.

It's like seeing your high school crush on Facebook.

The past half decade has not been kind to the old girl.

Yikes, someone really did a number on the ole' girl. And yeah they're way up in dreamland with that price, there are 3K models in mint condition going for less than that daily. It's $270 but also $55 for shipping and then tax, so their asking price is about $350 which is hilarious.

You'd think stores can do the research and learn what something is worth in 5 minutes, but then again if you look at what I've been grabbing from GC the last couple of years common sense ain't so common :).

I hope at least that while that damage was incurred it was justified by somebody going in terms of guitar skill level from something like 'nails-scratching-a-blackboard' to Joe Bonamassa.

The one that always puzzles me is seeing a totally beat guitar with absolutely no fret wear, when there clearly hasn't been a re-fret. Just can't figure that one out.

Wow looks like she's been running with meth-heads and drunks to get that rough looking. Tough as the poly on an Agile is, how do you get it to that shape. Like TMC said hope it was from someone pulling a steep learning curve.

How much does a 2500 go for new these days? Hell, I have one with all upgraded electronics. I should ask $500 for it! lol

That guitar took a fall at some time. You can see one of the knobs crushed through the top. But the head stock survived.

Too bad it's so beat up now. Also looks to be strung up backwards now. I've wanted a green AL-xxxx for the longest time now, but this is the first left handed one I've seen for sale. It's just not worth that much money for being in that poor of shape.

Didn't even look at that, seriously stupid, there are enough right handed guitars, unless you play it like Dick Dale or Albert King...

I like the Very Good condition it's listed as being in.

Used to be you could get some good deals at GC in used gear and there are some still to be had but you have to look hard I bought my Godin Freeway Classic for $227 but at the same time I've saw Agiles listed for more than new ones. Case in point CLICK HERE

I remember when it was listed at GC, had to be four years ago. I can't recall why I didn't buy it...

    Well, if you're interested in CSBF, there's a b-stock Al-3010SE listed for $200:

I saw it in store, it was soon after the new store opened on the NW side of Tucson.

I think I made a post back then as well. I believe I was picking up another guitar at the time.

It's not "used to be", there are still TONS of killer deals at GC regularly :). They just go fast and the "market price" or overpriced gear stays up there so to a casual browser it looks like that's all that exists. I grabbed a custom shop AL3200 like 3 months ago for $230 shipped, and countless other Agiles at a steal in the past 3-4 years plus many others including some very high end guitars...several of the guitars I've gotten for $400 or less were $2400+ new.

You just have to be able to recognize when something is a steal and not hesitate, and GC is an absolute goldmine ;).

I remember, you said you knew it was your old one because there was a burn mark on the back from a soldering iron...

Really Dude you might want to read my whole post before before you tell me I don't know what I'm talking about just so you don't miss what I said.
In other words I believe they're still good deals out there you just have to look harder these days. Also unless you call the store listing the item and have better luck than me they won't discount any deeper on their used stuff or that's been my experience as of 2 weeks ago calling the # at the head of the listing. I still use them and like them in fact I bought that Godin and a new D'Angelico acoustic from them just last week. Never been lucky enough to get a $2400 guitar for under $400 anywhere that is a killer deal.

Wasn't trying to attack you and I certainly wasn't trying to say you don't know what you're talking about (moreso just messing around with my first sentence, which I hoped the smiley at the end of it would have conveyed!).

My bad if it came off that way though :). I just meant to say that there are still lots of killer deals at GC if you browse often enough, so it's really not a thing of the past at all.

As for discounting things, they do typically as a rule refuse to discount something unless it's sat there unsold at their price for a certain period of time...but there are a few exceptions. I just bought a used Variax 700T and got them to price match it to another one at a different GC (even though the one I got was in much better condition and included all the goodies).

Definitively not the shape it was in when you had it!
