    Top row from the left:
    - Blue MIM with a neck I made, MIA Standard loaded pickguard.
    - 2017 American Professional.
    - White ???caster... I've had this for over 20 years... it was well worn when I got it... not sure of its pedigree... sort of a '62 replica, BG Phatty pickups.
    - Yellow scratch build... Cyprus body, fat maple neck, Rose Robusta/Buff Beauty pickups.

    Bottom row:
    - 1986 Ovation Ultra GS.
    - Sage green MIM with a neck I built featuring Lignum Vitae fingerboard, Benson Custom Texas Special pickups.
    - Black Squier Standard... I just got this one at a garage sale this weekend for $40... cleaned it up, put some GFS Premium A2 pickups I had laying in a drawer, and she's a player!
    - Gold Showmaster... Fender's answer to the superstrats. A superb guitar... I always wondered why they weren't more popular.

...on the far right, my Yamaki Folk Deluxe that I bought with my graduation money in 1973.

Damn - that's a lot 'o strats. The flame on that home-made neck is ridiculous.

I just have one, a 2012 American Standard that's bone stock

Just two, one strat (mia) and one strat-like (mia g&l s-500) in subpar lighting:

That's an old picture though, she's got a new black dress on now:

    Dark theme here, too

Just the two for me. One used to be a black & white Cort with rosewood fretboard (first pic). I Krylon'd the scratchplate and threw a maple neck on it. The other is the Squier Deluxe that I bought from @dmitri years ago that still gets a lot of love.

My Stratocaster family tree has only one branch and it was bred with a Gibson.....go figure.

I built this many years ago.

    Sperzel Tuners
    Gibson Burst Buckers
    Aged Pearloid Guard
    Stratocaster Middle Pickup
    Graphtec Stainless Saddles
    Custom Neck from USA Guitars
    and much more......

The guitar is a monster and will do anything but I just can never bond with a Strat.

Wow, after uploading I realized what a crappy pic I took. I apologize and will endeavor to improve. I did find a better pic in the way back file from 2005. I was young then.

I was just sitting here looking at my black Squier Affinity and thinking it would be a good test bed for some pickup configurations. No middle pickup though. Strictly a double fat Strat.

I could go into my son's 3, but I won't. I will throw up a picture of the only guitar I've ever sold. It's an old Epiphone S-310 with the Explorer style headstock. I sold it a few years ago for the $50 that I paid for it when I was 17. I had it just under 20 years and it was well-played.
