Impressive. He nails Genesis' music while nailing Gilmour's Pompei look.

    He's really an amazing drummer.

Did Rutherford really right hand tap like at 3:33?

The church organ at 9:32 is majestic.

Thanks for making my GAS for a real Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty even more intense.

I thought it may have been a Silverburst at first glance!

While I’m humbled by the musicianship, what impresses me more with a lot of these YouTube folks is their video making and editing skills, the post production, if you will.

I’m in awe of these folks that can make these videos look so effortless. I don’t have the patience to learn this new digital world we live in, despite having a knack for creativity and such, I’m just terrible with computers.

Not Mike - Steve Hackett. Years before Eddie.

Wow this guy is an incredible musician and he has all the gear! That Rick bass / guitar is special order only. The only two I've ever seen were Mike Rutherford's natural and Geddy Lee's black.

I saw Steve Hackett at the Keswick Theater in October 2013 and had 6th row center left seats (Genesis Revisited Tour). He played that one most of the night.

While I totally expected this thread to be about Tom Keifer, this is still pretty cool.

    Dave Grohl: "Hold my beer."

Bear in mind, I'm not disputing or disagreeing with how talented this guy is.
He is supremely talented. The ability to not only play all those instruments that well, AND mix the track that well AND produce the video that well is far beyond anything I could ever hope to be able to do.

I'm good with keys (and play classical organ with both feet, heel and toe), sucky at bass, middling at guitar and can't play drums worth a lick.
I can mix well enough, fly the drones and produce a video, but that drum thing holds me back. Ack.

Man it's GREAT to hear those songs!! HUGE Genesis fan here, saw them at Saenger in N.O., then saw Steve Hackett in Nashville (and he was great). Never saw Peter Gabriel though.

    Those songs bring memories.
