Spied these PRS models in one of the chain stores uptown. Not my cup of tea and price...ouch

    The black one reduced from $6700 to $5000 bucks...what a bargain !

That Vernon Reid signature Vela is a fantastic guitar. I saw Living Color earlier this year and he used it quite a bit.

Pretty pricey compared to the States.

I love my PRS but when I go to a U.S. model it will be used for sure!

Hard to imagine one nicer than my PRS SE Paul's GUitar but I am sure that there are.

Because here they are imports. Premium on all Gibson's and Fender models also. But some lines like MIJ Fender and Aria cheaper here.

Asia can be weird for guitar prices. I can't find a new PRS for the life of me in the Philippines, but the used prices for guitars (even on PRS are very reasonable) and MIJ guitars can be had quite cheaply. I remember getting a MIJ Ibanez Prestige for about $200 or so in Korea (with a case and some extras). It was probably the worse prestige ever made, but that's another story.

And I’m certain you are correct. They’d be a waste of money for you.
