On the same register there is (or was, a week ago) an overpriced AD 201 P90x2 at GC Braintree, MA, some dark burst, black pickguard

I saw it with my own eyes, but walked away from the $299 price and lack of time. Looked interesting, though.

Yeah, i haven't seen too many of these around. I've been wavering on this one myself. If someone here buys it you must post pics

Their was a Cozart version with a natural colored headstock available a while back for around $150 that was pretty decent but I haven't seen any on eBay for several months. The only other option for this style would be to run the Ali Express gauntlet...

There's actually a cozart on GC's used site. I imagine for the price the quality would vary wildly.

Well, my Cozart 55 GT isn't as nice as a 3000 series Agile but it was also about 1/3 the price at the time...

Oh i'm sure it's worth it. Funny there aren't many offerings for a les paul guitar with a single pickup. The looks of those are AWESOME. The only other one i can think of is the Dean Leslie West model.

I bet it's typical Agile quality. The only thing that turns me off is the tom/stop. If you're gonna strip it down to a single P90 you might as well go whole hog & give it a wraptail bridge.

I better get off my ass & finish mine. How hard is it to wire up a single pickup guitar fer fucksakes?

I liked it so much I had a semi-custom made. I sent it back because the back was to be a natural light back and showed up cherry. ( I regret it whenever I see it )almost bought it again when it was listed as a B stock. I was going to have it re-made but, they just got to expensive. at the time it listed out at over$700+(crazy, right?) IMG_0774.JPG 225067 back.jpg 225067 back2.jpg

The Rondo spec stated coil tap for these? Is that true?

If so, what is it tapping? Lesser wind count?

You couldn't keep that factory from staining the back red if you had a gun to their head.
Some sort of fetish I think.

I remember when these were available. There was a great divide here over whether it was badass or hideous. I thought it was pretty badass.

I think that's pretty much the norm for far Asian manufacturers.

Ive inquired a few places, even purchased. My requests are always to do LESS WORK. You'd think they'd be jumping on that opportunity, but no.

So much so that I had to find a similar kit.
