In March of 2019 I discovered this thing called a "podcast" (pronounced: pod-kast).

I'm looking for suggestions. Here's what I've listened to so far:

S-Town. John despises his Alabama town and decides to do something about it. Just when you think it's gotten as weird as it can get, it gets weirder. https://stownpodcast.org/
    upload_2019-6-7_23-10-17.jpeg

Dr. Death tells the story of Dr. Christopher Duntsch and the system which couldn't (or wouldn't) shut him down. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/dr-death/id1421573955
    upload_2019-6-7_23-9-42.jpeg

Gangster Capitalism - The College Admissions Scandal. I hope that every person arrested gets the hardest of Hard Time. https://www.gangstercapitalism.com/

How law enforcement hunted down the 2018 Austin serial bomber. https://bomberpodcast.podbean.com/

Season two focused on Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, an American Army soldier who was held for five years by the Taliban, and then charged with desertion. https://serialpodcast.org/season-two

I listen to podcasts while driving. Unless you're a geek like me you probably don't want my suggestions as they're all Linux related.

Although we have Linux and Mountain Lions in our area, I'm not really into nature-based productions like Blue Planet.

    Thanks, though.

Can't go wrong with Joe Rogan Experience. He's had over 1000 episodes over the last ten years, interviewing scientists, musicians, athletes, politicians, and anyone else. Just pick an episode with a person you're interested in and go.

WTF with Marc Maron is good if you like to hear candid talks with celebs about things not always related to their films.

My Favorite Murder is good if you like true crime, as they break down cases in depth. A recent one even covered a killing in my home town.

Other than that, I pretty much only listen to pro wrestling podcasts, which have a very niche audience.

I like Radiolab, Ridiculous History, and a podcast sci-fi drama called Leviathan. Malcolm Gladwell’s Revisionist History is good too.

i've never really gotten into podcasts for some reason. Maybe because I lived in NYC for 23 years and didnt drive. They seem made for driving.

I have listened to some though, and really did enjoy them. I tend to like stuff about science and society. "This American Life" for example.

My friend and I have our own podcast on iTunes and Spotify. It's called Strangers in the Alps Podcast. It's a loose topical podcast that runs the gamut, 2 thirty somethings discussing life with a comedic approach. Kind of like a Tell em Steve Dave format (another podcast I listen to).
