I bought a furrian ash b stock from rondo today and was wondering if anyone knew if the neck was the same size as the other furrian alder models? i assume it is but i wont have the bound neck for a week but do have a furrian alder already.
Im thinking of removing the bound neck and swaping it with my unbound furrian alder neck if it will fit.

also wonder if the hawk and furrian are the same neck pocket size as well!? that bound neck would also look killer on a hawk lol

width is basically the same, slightly wider than Fender spec.

Furrian neck is flat on end like a tele. Hawk is rounded like a strat.

You can get a bound Ash neck for a Hawk in the ash series. I have replaced the one on my trans blue ash with an old SST62 neck first, then with an Agile ST neck.

I've read a few times most sx swap pretty good amongst themselves And fender necks on sx body usually works but not so much with sx neck on a fender.
Still from batch to batch and year to year and model to model it can all be hit and miss.

Got this one for sale. Fully upgraded with Mighty Mite Alnico pups, CTS pot, Fender switch, Graphtech nut, locking tuners, roller saddles and string trees and pickguard. This is the early Furrian with the old style headstock and is in awesome condition. 20190225_090237.jpg 20190225_090310.jpg 20190225_090310.jpg 20190225_090430.jpg 20190225_090255.jpg 20190225_090420.jpg

i had no problem fitting fender necks on furrians, the pocket is a weeeee bit larger but not you will barely notice the slight gap, and I mean slight.

I've got For Sale locally (33850) for 200.00. Some will think this is to much because they sold for less, but it's mine and I will just keep it if I can't get my price....

I do the same, make someone out bid you.

These are ridiculously good once you put just a touch of work into them.

We all keep saying how much more they're worth than the new prices . Well if they never sell for more then it must not be true. I think it's very true and they will creep up. In 5 years they will be selling for $350. Of course a gallon of milk will be $28. That or we have our full societal meltdown and guitars will be worth their weight in firewood.
