    What is/are your favourite cartoon/s? Me, I like the old stuff;
    Tom & Jerry, Tex Avery (all the Droopy stuff and more), 1940's
    Disney (Goofy, Donald), and old Warner Bros (Bugs, Marvin).

    So what are your favourites?

    Oh, and of the more recent stuff, Hellsing and One Piece.

    I like those older Tom & Jerry ones (but not the 60's ones). Warner Bros - definitely ftw, especially Daffy Duck, but Sylvester comes close too. And you absolutely can't beat classics like 'Rabbit Of Seville' and this one:

    The Boomerang Channel has a fair amount of stuff I grew up with and sometimes show to my little girl now - Popeye, Top Cat, Hong Kong Phoeey, Hair Bear Bunch, Wacky Races kind of thing. I've got to say that I can't stand Droopy or cartoons like that. Quick Draw McGraw never did it for me either.

    Of the current crop, my absolute favourite is American Dad, but that's partly because my wife reminds me of Francine :naughty:

    Squidbillies are really cool. Check out my avatar. Also, they introduced me to Unknown Hinson, the Kang of Country Western Troubadours.

    Have to agree with you, Rob, about Chuck Jones, but I would refine that even further and say Chuck Jones prior to 1967. Tex Avery
    is still pretty much God to me, though, along with Bob McKimson and Fred Quimby (Tom & Jerry prior to Chuck Jones' involvement).

    Popeye, heck yeah! And I remember Hair Bear Bunch and all that, too, though I was never really a fan of mid-late 60's Hanna-Barbera
    stuff.

    Pink Panther/The Inspector/Ant and the Aardvark - some of the best - and most subtle stuff ever right there.

    Keep 'em coming, gang! :bigthumb: :bigthumb: :bigthumb:
