Been wanting another LP type guitar, and since I can't
afford a Gibson, I just picked this up from Sweetwater Online...
Just kinda liked the look of it.

Chase Tone 68' Red Velvet Fuzz

I am impressed. Its got great warm fuzz, but the way it cleans up and gets rid of the bassy fuzz and mids and has a bias knob that lets a sizzling fuzz happen over the slightly overdriven clean tones...thats nice. I'm just having it starting today. Very Hendrixy toned from light to full effect.
I havent cranked it yet, but medium volume and I can already tell it is a nice pedal.
I think it has a lot of goodness yet for me to discover once I get into a crankable setting.

Cruising Craigslist today as I’m wont to do and I see someone is selling a 2006 Epiphone Sheraton II for $300 obo.
It’s had a bone nut and a pair of JS Moore PAF humbuckers installed. Comes with a hard case AND a Line 6 spider IV amp, a clip on tuner, capo and two 6’ cords. I offered $260 and picked it up an hour later. Young guy said the neck pickup goes in and out sometimes. Guitar was covered in dust.
Plays and sounds great. Might sell it all and actually turn a profit on a guitar for the first time.
Did not expect this today. EB7875BC-8712-472A-9CFE-E8A440650468.jpeg

Thanks, I really appreciate the kudos. The batch this one came from seems to be rather popular on FB and Reverb, so you'll likely see more of it's type for the next run.

i got replacement earpads for my brother's Sony MDR-V6s today. Came from Amazon and cost $9.99. Made the headphones feel almost brand new.

Very happy ears right now. Blasting Dopethrone.

Thanks, Pesky. I really like the marriage (or, abomination - depending on your tastes) of a Fender neck and scale to Gibby type shapes. You've probably seen pics of my SG and there's a few firebirds and an LP Jr shape cut for strat necks in the shop. The RD was something I asked about here and other places, and I didn't get much of a response - so I just made myself one thinking I'd be the only interested party.

I'm glad you found the shop. I don't have another RD available, but judging by the response I've gotten on Facebook in a few guitar kit and refinishing forums I'll be needing to make a few more. I do still have the SuperBee Logo sublime green single HB in an RD shape, but it still needs a clearcoat - if I sell it at all. It looks decent, but it was a prototype.

When I'm ready to do another batch (prob a couple weeks away), I'd be happy to make sure I cut an RD. I would just need to know how you'd like it done as far as colors and electronics, german carve or none, etc.

Also, I'd love to know which MDR replacement pads you bought. Mine are in desperate need. I see a few at that price point on Amazon.

Couldn't help myself. Made a few cosmetic changes......so far. May change the knobs.

It was nice of them to put the stickers on an easily removable sticker holder. That guitar looks awesome now. What are you thinking for knobs?

Nothing too wild....maybe some amber speed knobs. To me and my fat fingers they are just easier to control.
Also playing with the idea of an amber toggle switch. Since they are so cheap wouldn't kill me to just buy one
to see how it looks....and toss it if it's a no. BTW....I did did order a brown bison leather strap. I just love the
way the bison leather smells. Other than that I don't plan to change a thing of it. The pups and electronics are
top-notch and can't be improved on with my budget. Neck sings like a choir of baby angels. LOL
